Great teams do great things. Great teams are built with individuals who are talented in their individual jobs and work great with the team. Getting there is a process.
Putting smart individuals together in a room one day won’t make a great team. They need to live experiences together. Grow together.
To get there, smart people need to be told straight up where they go wrong. No sugar coating. No crafty words. Smart people respect that. They don’t cry over it. They may defend it or make compelling arguments. If they are convinced, they will work to fix things.
