About

We build production software —and the agents that run on it.

Fourteen years shipping software into systems that could not afford to go down. Today we point that same standard at AI agents.

Story

Our story

Where we came from

We started in 2012 building production software for companies whose systems could not afford to go down. That meant commerce and connected-product platforms for Whirlpool, KitchenAid, JennAir, Kenmore and Craftsman, and clinical and compliance tooling for Diagnoss and Medisked.

None of it was glamorous. It was integration, data migration, authentication and uptime — the unshowy discipline of shipping into systems that already had customers on them.

Why we narrowed

We did not stop doing that work. We pointed it at a harder problem.

Most agent projects do not fail because the model is wrong. They fail on everything around the model: the integration that has to be idempotent, the data that is messier than the demo, the failure path nobody designed, the approval step a regulator will ask about. That is not AI work. It is production software work, and we had been doing it for over a decade before anyone called it agent engineering.

What we are now

An agent engineering firm. We design, build and operate AI agents wired into the tools, data and policies our clients already run — held to the same standard as the systems that could not go down.

Principles

What we optimize for

Judgment

Smarts that move work forward

We value people who think clearly under pressure—who cut through noise, name tradeoffs honestly, and choose approaches that hold up in review and in production.

Partnership

Client success

We measure wins in uptime, throughput, and trust: shipping that survives contact with your real operations.

Execution

Bias to getting it done

Plans and polish matter when they unblock shipping. We reward owners who close loops, clear blockers, and land software that teams can run without us in the room.

Culture

People first

Great agents and products come from teams that are supported, challenged, and clear on ownership.

Leadership
