JennAir, a leader in luxury kitchen appliances, partnered with Kwanso to reimagine how customers and retailers interact with its brand. We designed and developed a concept mobile application, a learning experience platform, and implemented an Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)–powered product catalog to streamline customer engagement and product discovery.

Mobile Application Concept
- Designed apps for customers, retailers, and installers.
- Integrated Dialogflow chatbots with Twilio SMS for conversational onboarding and scheduling.
- Built geolocation-powered scheduling, enabling customers to book the nearest certified installer.
- Implemented APIs for customer management, job scheduling, and real-time updates.
Learning Experience Platform (JennAir Biz)
- Built on Ruby on Rails, the platform supported installation courses, certifications, and quizzes.
- Added admin dashboards for course management and reporting.
- Enabled user roles and permissions tailored to installers, retailers, and brand admins.
AEM Product Catalog
- Set up Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) as the central CMS.
- Created custom AEM components for product grids, teasers, and content fragments.
- Implemented Sling Model Exporters and JSON APIs to power headless product experiences.
- Replicated We-Retail reference sites as a foundation, then customized for JennAir's luxury brand identity.
