Uptok is a Live Video Commerce platform for B2B and B2C enterprises that enables 1-on-1 video consultations with the highest-intent customers on the website. A widget is installed at the bottom of any Shopify or WooCommerce store, displaying all the products of that specific store. Through this widget, buyers can initiate a video conference with store agents, allowing them to experience the products live and gain a better understanding of their quality

• Implemented virtual background features for both agents and customers using Agora's video calling SDK in a React application.
• Developed the front-end of the reporting module for the admin, which tracked customer turnout ratios to improve agent availability and added various features.
• Fixed bugs in existing components and revamped the widget code using modern approaches, reducing its build size

CABA

CABA is a B2B dynamic project aimed at revolutionizing the way users interact with online content. A widget is being installed in the bottom of any Shopify or woocommerce store where all the products of a specific store are being displayed and using that installed widget, you can go into a video conference with the agents of that store to see the live experience of that products to get a better idea of the quality of the product. Powerful UI for the admin portal is also there to manage the agents and other stuff accordingly

• Implemented video recording functionality for all meetings between agents and buyers. The meeting transcripts were generated using AWS's transcription feature. My role involved displaying the transcriptions and highlighting the words in real-time as they were spoken.
• Fixed bugs in existing components and revamped the widget code using modern approaches, reducing its build size

CHEXPASS

ChexPass is a web application designed to streamline check-in processes for organizations using QR codes and mobile phones. The system allows organizations to onboard clients, add locations, and manage user check-ins through a web portal, eliminating the need for expensive hardware. The platform includes an admin panel where admins can manage users, locations, and entities, and generate QR codes for check-ins. The check-in process involves scanning a QR code, identity verification, and background checks, and allows users to dispute denied check-ins.

Re-branding of the whole Admin portal is being carried out. Dashboard widgets, listing for users, organizations, workflows and location along with the glimpses are being developed and implemented.

• Internationalization on the portal side which helps the user or visitor to change the language of the contact information forms and status cards according to his local area or language.
• Comprehensive bug fixing is also being carried out. Fixed critical bugs and made the application ready for clients' demos and testing
